John Hagen serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources (Talent, People, and Culture) for IC-Corp. In growing $Billion companies, Nordstrom, INVIA MG, and VIA International, John found his focus and business passion was within the fellowship, commitment, determination, and collaboration he loved within emerging and growing smaller and emerging companies, not the impersonal process-driven giants. John has led organizations from almost every C-level vantage point, emphasizing Talent, People (HR), and Culture as a Strategy. He has overseen the transformation, reorganization, and restructuring of more than a dozen brands, 5 IPOs, 40+ M&As, and 8 Public to Private transitions in the U.S., Canada, the Americas, the EU, and Asia. He holds a BA in History, BS in Chemistry, and MSILR in Industrial and Labor Relations.
Tom is a highly experienced executive having served as Vice President & CIO for Penn Highlands Healthcare for 28 years. During his career he developed strong technical competence, business acumen, and financial expertise. He has extensive experience in the startup world as an Entrepreneur having started and managed numerous companies from the ground up to successful exit. He is a professional operator having served as COO, CFO, and CEO in multiple startup companies.
JoAnna Le spent over 17 years in Corporate Banking with various large Financial Institutions such as Bank of the West, Union Bank, and BBVA. She helped large corporate clients achieve their goals through lending and banking needs. She also spent two years as an Investment banker at KeyBanc Capital Markets. She has helped launch two startups in the health and beauty sector and the food and beverage industry, assisting them with their marketing and finance strategies. She is currently the CFO for Nimbus-T, a startup in the identity authentication sector. She has a B.S. in Finance from CSU Stanislaus and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of the Pacific.
Tom has served as an advisor, consultant, board member, strategist, author, and full-time and transitional executive with 200+ startups and companies. Tom created a unique incubator construct to nurture entrepreneurs “from cradle to greatness” and an “Iron Lung” process for struggling companies. He has had a long career as CEO, COO, and in other capacities serving in science, high-technology, and healthcare-related industries. He has served with companies like Epson, ComputerLand, Toshiba, NEC, SpectraSafe, iDesign, ForeFront Telecare, Inoviva, SoundFit, SyberSay, PowerUp, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Thomsen’s Inc., David Victor Presents, Impact Flow, Prime Genomics, Ramsell Corporation, ICOM3, St. Mary’s College of California – School for entrepreneurship, and many others.
He is an active board member in for-profit and not-for-profit companies and is involved in Washington, DC, on health policy. Tom has written numerous articles on healthcare, technology, politics, and the economy. He has helped countless companies worldwide deliver quality software on schedule and budget. He was named a “Software Legend” by Microsoft.
He has published several best-sellers and numerous articles on almost every aspect of modern software development. Juval frequently speaks at major international software development conferences and conducts Master Classes worldwide, teaching thousands of professionals the skills required of modern software architects and how to take an active role as design, process, and technology leaders.
Kelley Moreno is our VP Marketing. With 42 years of successful entrepreneurial experience, Kelley began her marketing career as owner of a marketing / video production company servicing individuals and businesses with local, regional and national campaigns. In the early 2000’s Kelley invented a consumer health and beauty product she took to market nationally with distribution into Walmart, Target, and many other well-known retailers.
Kelley penetrated the market using infomercials, promotional events and press, free and paid, using magazine, radio, news, television, web, and celebrity sponsorships including Nascar and Baywatch. Kelley’s passion for a deeper understanding into human communication and the desire to help make the world a better place, has also created an expertise in inter and intrapersonal communications. For the past five years, Kelley has operated a successful coaching business using a mix of traditional coaching, conversational hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
As Managing Partner at VentureDNA, Tom serves as technology sales lead on the Nimbus-T (A VentureDNA Company) and lead our Sales efforts for Biion Footwear (A VentureDNA Company). Tom has an amazing pedigree as a US Navy Veteran, with extensive experience serving as Lieutenant Commander and Cryptologic/ Cybersecurity/Information Warfare Officer. Tom is the former VP of Global Sales at Crocs, taking the company from a small warehouse outside Denver with $3M in sales to a global powerhouse brand with $1.3B in sales. His experience at Crocs included licensing partnerships with professional sports, including the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB, and NASCAR.
His growth stories include managing logistics and shipments of the entire 747 Cargo Carriers from China filled with Crocs. Tom is a fast thinker. Today, many connections remain in contact with the entire Crocs leadership team.
Tom’s understanding of the appropriate intersection between personal relationships, deep experience in technology, and corporate interests is invaluable. His military service, professional experience, and contacts, combined with VentureDNA, create a solid platform to position companies across the country.
Tom received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, a US Naval War College graduate, and received his MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School. Tom is based in Denver with his two beautiful children.

Vice Admiral David A Dunaway is a native of El Paso, Texas. He graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1982 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, married his high school sweetheart, and proceeded to Pensacola, Florida, for his initial training as a Naval Aviator. After receiving his wings in 1984, he was a flight instructor and transitioned to the FA-18 Hornet, where he amassed over 2000 hours and 400 carrier landings in the Hornet. His military career includes tours as an operational strike fighter pilot, test pilot, Program Manager, Warfare Center Commander, Operational Test Agent for the Navy, and ultimately the Commander of the Naval Air Systems Command, where he oversaw a $40b budget for Naval Aviation. During his military service, he also received a Master’s degree in Aviation Systems Management and Aerospace Engineering.
After retiring from Naval Service, VADM Dunaway became an independent entrepreneur focused on finding technologies with dual commercial and defense use. He sits on multiple boards of directors and advisory boards and is a founder of four cutting-edge technology companies.

Stewart Dixon is an accomplished executive leader with a record of success orchestrating programs and marketing strategies to drive sales in the media and technology industries for well-established brands, including ABC News, the Chicago Tribune, and Motorola. At the Chicago Tribune, Stewart served as a founding team member of Chicago Tribune dot com.
Stewart led business development and content programming partnerships for the newspaper while working closely with the late film critic Gene Siskel. During his leadership tenure at Motorola, Stewart was responsible for unifying Motorola’s global web presence, including over 350 websites in 72 countries on four continents. Stewart’s hands-on experience managing growth companies: recruiting top management talent, defining and executing strategy and new business models, and creating world-class financial and operational infrastructure from the ground up; while leading and developing people fuels his passion every day. In the last five years, the VentureDNA team has provided growth capital and management resources for its portfolio of companies. Recent projects include work for Aspire Brands, Bio pods, REGO Digital Wallet, and Visual Globe.
Stewart spent ten years in Los Angeles developing new technology methodologies for the entertainment industry while working at Warner Bros. and Fox with Apple Computer, today Apple, Inc. These experiences allowed him to serve on the technology leadership boards at the American Film Institute and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Stewart graduated from Ithaca College, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Roy H. Park School of Communications. Since 2012, Stewart has served as a Trustee at the Cardigan Mountain School and is actively engaged in philanthropic activities in the Chicago area.
